I started my journey towards fitness coaching at just 15 years old. In July 2001 I qualified and became self employed as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach.
I soon found myself training groups and that meant creating systems which enabled me to provide online guidance through programmes, support and education.
I started Cheltenham Running Club in 2013 which now caters for over three hundred runners and helps around one hundred beginners learn to run and love it.
